    Hey Joe, are you talking about the rib tips? If so rub them and smoke them like normal and when there almost done cut them up into pieces, put them into a pot with some bbq sauce and let simmer for awhile. Now you have some good rib tips to eat!!! Windy City Smokers

    Hey Kevin. I also just upgraded from a Brinkman to a WSM, and let me tell you that you can actually sleep now!!!! I just did my first cook two weeks ago, did two butts, and once the temps stabalized where i wanted them it was smooth sailing from there. I trusted the WSM and was not let down...

    1/2 Butt Common at the meat counter?

    Hey Hans. Our local Sams club also has a twin pack of whole butts bone in, but thier not on display you have to ask for them. $1.38 lb. What better seasoning could you ask for than smoke and pork fat!!!! Happy Que Year! Windy City Smokers

    5 pound butt at the 4 hour mark

    Hey Jason, ive never had too much waste after smoking a butt! A little off the top and a couple of very small pieces when pulling. Most of the fat should have rendered while cooking. I use bone in so maybe you had a different cut? Happy Que Year! Windy City Smokers
