    How do YOU store your charcoal?

    Since you do not have a storage for the charcoal, AND you're looking to get a charcoal grill, take a look at the Performer Premium or Deluxe. They come with a side table and charcoal storage bin. I don't foresee you piling 6 bags in there, but it can hold some.

    Nice find for $25! You can find the grates at Walmart sometimes. Or there is a website called grillparts,com that sells them for $20 plus shipping if you ever decide to get one. Happy cooking!

    Brisket... Pull apart Flat/Point? Leave?

    Lots of competition guys separate them since they cook more evenly separated. I haven't been to any BBQ restaurants that separate before the cook. Burnt ends come from the Point, near the fat cap.
