Sausage on a stick, popular at baseball tournaments around here. ABTs are good too.

Warming Sauce up in Cooler with Pork

I should have added to put it in microwave safe vessel. Preferably plastic, if you use ceramic or glass you spend as much time heating the container as you do the sauce.

    Peach-Habanero Sauce

No but that sounds like it would be killer on grilled chicken thighs.

Warming Sauce up in Cooler with Pork

The cold sauce will suck some of the heat from the butts. Problem I see and I'm no expert, is that letting the sauce come to room temp before you stick it the cooler could pose some risk. I would just nuke it a few minutes before you mix it with the PP. Just my €2.

Beer Can Chicken in Southeast Mexico

Natan, which did you like better? What was the spicy sauce's brand name? How much mustard to spicey sauce? Man, that looks like some really good chicken.

Non reactive roasting pan that doesn't break the bank?

Look for restaurant supply store, they have 1/4 hotel pans made stainless. They are durable enough. But you could always use disposable aluminum pans, I've reheated PP on the grill in them.

Sorry, but the radar and rain outside say otherwise. I may get a small break in the rain but I've already passed on buying the bird while shopping today.

Opening bags of charcoal? Help Please

Laura, funny with the cavewoman scream, I reserve the caveman scream for those plastic packages that can only be opened with Dr. Evil's Death Laser. Charcoal bags usually just get a lot of creative cursing out of the people who design them and obviously don't use them. Like the bright minded...

    22.5 roti Question

That is one good tip! My couch looks out onto my Performer, so I will be in air-conditioned comfort while drinking suds and will get to watch "as the bird turns" for entertainment. Better than watching the Astro's anyway.

    Rotisserie Chicken

Omar, you inspired me to get off my rear and use my new roti. Did you use charcoal on both sides or just one?

    Rotisserie Chicken

PP might work if you had a netting on the whole roast to keep it from falling apart. Then again, how would you separate the netting from the bark?
