Good Question, it helps that you can raise the grid to slow down the cook and lower it to speed it up while maintaining a good fire. You can also load the whole grill up without doing the "Heat Zone Tango" ;)

Good to hear from you Rich! It's a nice grill, but I'm having trouble getting into these matte finishes. The shine is what sets these off. With any luck they will start offering WSM's in something other than black.
