Bob, going to watch this tread closely as I have tried making ribs from BBs to spares with little to no success in my IP. Did some country style ribs which aren't real ribs anyway and they came out okay. As much as I love my IP in the winter it ain't a rib cooker, can't stand over cooked ribs...

Would love to have a set for my gen 2000 we've had for 26 years, but just don't use it that much anymore and I'm also kinda of a cast iron guy. Both the gen 2000 and the E320 have CI grates which I like a lot.
