So I decided to smoke some London broil and chicken quarters for the weekend, even though it's snowing... I just checked for the firmware update , it's not showing up anymore ??? Looks like they pulled it back. Screenshot on the left was what I took when I posted the update was available...

Anyone manage to get the Firmware updated ???

Correct, only shows up as 1.6_4765. Were you able to update the Firmware ?

Hi Lew, same here. Updated to 1.6_4765. Then updated again to 1.6_4765c. Only shows up on screen as 1.6_4765 on the SF. I can't seem to get the firmware update either.....

Just got an update on my Android phone for the Weber Connect App !! Includes an Firmware update for the SmokeFire grills !!!!! Is too cold outside now. Will update tomorrow evening.

This grill is rocking. I reversed sear a London Broil tonight and a Cowboy steak. Both were delicious. Smoked on Smokeboost till 115 , then cranked it up to 600 and reversed both meats. Worked perfectly

My wife picked this up (eBay) when I first ordered the SF6, but she didn't realize it was for the 4 not the 6. This has been sitting around looking for a new home. PayPal F&F $12 to cover shipping and it's yours. First one to post I'll take it to gets it.

So I went to Lowe's and came out with a Pit Boss smoker for $174.50 !! Cover for it was $12.47. I think it'll be perfect for the two week camping trip we take every summer. Was $399 then dropped to $349. Some stores still have it at $349. In my area it went down to the $174.50. Might be a great...

Just an update on the 19 hour ribs. I wrapped in alum foil and then Saran wrap and froze it. Took it frozen down to Orlando this past weekend. Warmed in up on a hot plate. I brought some of the drippings along to keep it moist. They were unbelievable. Kids couldn't get enough !!! Even my DIL who...

Gefilte Fish cooked in a pot with water and sugar, beats it any other way !!
