Thanks folks. I am in Houston out towards Sugarland Tim. I'm not sure yet Rolf, I got Low & Slow as a gift too and am thinking I might walk through that first. I'm at work but I believe the first thing to cook in the book is chicken.
I have seen bottles of Yuengling throughout this forum and it makes me wish I lived east of the mississippi since it's my favorite beer. The ONLY negative thing about living in Texas. :) Happy New Year.
