    And this is my first try on the WSM with beef ribs. I'm trying out the suggestions as per: YumYum I've only had total (wife likes) success once with beef ribs with the kettle, I'm hoping I can master this elusive culinary mystery tonight.

    Howdy, new and proud and now roving WSM owner. This is a great web site, I'm learning tons. Added some casters today using 1/2 inch conduit as a frame to sturdy it up. It rolls nice and smooth. We'll have to see how she handles with a full load. The paver gaps in the bbq sanctuary...
