Very nice! Now go back and replace are the cheap nuts/washers that weber gives you and replace with stainless steel, you will thank me later. Cleaner job to do while brand new!

Kyle, thanks for the response as I am looking at these now as my weber is about 35 to 50 degrees on the cool side. The 100 looks like a perfect fit.

Oh their model line up was frustrating/intimidating just to look at especially for someone who isn't up on 101 different models, my search for your shroud lead me directly there. Once there I started to poke around for a lid hanger that I want to add to a 22" and pretty much gave up there.:(

Oh Jon no worries, I figured I help a brother out if possible. What did it though was finding the actual part number which I inadvertently stumbled upon then it was a breeze. Shipping was rather pricey for something as small and light as it is, but that is another discussion.

That MegaGrate insert piece looks really nice, if that is all I needed I would give that a shot.

Tim, it is holding up well and is about a year or so old. The bowl is actually more than an inch from the top, doesn't even get warm to the touch and I too had the same concern when opting to use this as the cover material to the frame I built. Thanks Bill, appreciate the comment!

I made something similar for my 26" here are a couple of observations of what I figured out along the way. First, wheels were a must for me, second I wanted to offset the bowl so it didn't sit directly on the starboard I used and the same would be the case for wood I would imagine to prevent...

Scaffloding is a great out of box idea, makes we want to revisit my 26" and install a top.
