    any UDS users here ? I made mine in July of 2008 , have a total of $75.00 into it , and it works like a charm ,I know it's not as fancy as Weber WMS , but it works chicken thighs and a fattie and here it is chugging away

    has any one made there own using angle iron ? I am thinking about doing it , first they will be cleaned and run through the dish washer , then coated with Crisco and seasoned in the oven
