My beloved Q120 we use for camping is showing it's age and our growing family has outgrown the grill space a bit. We don't bother with the 1 lb. canisters, we connect via adapter hose to our 20 lber. which has worked fine with our older 120. IF and I say IF we move to a 2200, does it suffer...

Hey gang I really prefer lump. However the charcoal grate in both my Performer and WSM really is better suited for briqs. What have you guys/gals done to prevent the little pieces of lump from falling through so easy. I saw one guy on YouTube using expanded metal - seems like a good idea.

Lew.......I cook on on a Performer and WSM at home. DR.......thanks for the tip on the JJ. Never owned a JJ so no idea how they cook. They appear to be a great little grill jammed into a small package.
