Last night my wife and 4 year old daughter decided that they wanted roadside chicken for dinner today...who am I to argue on Mother's Day? So I added some asparagus and we also had garlic mashed potatoes.

Absolutely agree here. Oklahoma Joes is great, just a darn dive with terrific food. Jack Stack is also great....easily the top 2 in my opinion.

This dip is the absolute BEST DIP i have ever had. I've smoked mushrooms for it a dozen times by now. Everyone always loves it...amazing doug!!

This was my first attempt at pulled beef so i was pretty excited for this smoke. Smoked an 8 lb pork shoulder and a 4 lb chuck roast yesterday. Temps were 250-260 all day and used a combo of cherry/apple woods. I used Wolfe Bold on the chuck roast which was simply outstanding and good old...

Grilled up some basic burgers tonight...only downfall was my darn camera battery running out as i started taking plated pics. So only one on the plate and none with toppings loaded on. Oh well, at least the burgers turned out well http://i93.photobucket.com/alb...l63/iahawk20/100.jpg
