    Monster Loin Chop Dinner !

    Thanks Gentlemen for all the compliments. I just put the taters on tater rack of my Platinum Summitt on 3/4 for half hour, then turned down to low as she goes and put seasoned chops on for 15 minutes per side. They were juicy and the fat edge was slightly crisp and very tasty! The OTHER White Meat!
