first thing i thought was they do not have a lot of marbling on them. i just picked up a couple last week and they are nicely marbled. i have also not seen them so thick.
they look great though. hopefully the salad made up for them!
the nicely filled skillet does look great! im a sucker for taters and onions.
your chops look great. i tried those earlier this week.... and they did not come out as good as yours. i think i had them sliced too thin. looks tasty.

i have the charcoal holders and was able to get some pretty good middle cooking area by pushing them pretty far apart earlier this week.

i hope its ok for me to bring up this thread. i am wanting to get a leg rack... but i would really need two of them. i usually make at least 20 legs.
just wondering if two of these racks would fit on a 22? i dont know if the grill that is pictured here is a 22 or 18.
im no expert on this.... but i believe it is an 80s model... wooden handle as well.
other than it being a nice vintage to have... a NIB for $15 is good either way. i bought a NIB on a black friday sale with a coupon for about $20.

does your grill have an ash catcher? the other day my temps were funny. i was checking everything and i realized that my ashes were super full... after i emptied it, it was back to normal.
