    How much food should I make.

    I agree with Larry. Nothing is more stressful than having people wait for food while you try to serve it all at the same time and with perfection. Cook everything ahead of time and all you have to do is warm it up. And you`ll enjoy the graduation as well and have time to converse.

    How do i find someone who sells the WSM locally?

    I got mine from Amazon as well. Around here in Brooklyn, NY, you would think we would have some gallery to choose from but not so. Home Depot carries the Silver series, the Smokey Joe and some of the lower end gas grills but good luck finding anything else from Weber.
