The Grand Tour has arrived. Top Gear meets Monty Python. They got rid of some of the tedious bits and added some other stupidity. Fun show, I love it.

Jim, I burned some leaves this weekend. I ended up giving up eyebrows as a result of the experience. Probably shouldn't have added the spruce cuttings to the fire pit. Jim

That was fun. I can't remember the last baseball game I watched start to finish. Ratings for the Series should be astronomical. I'm not sure who I'll root for in the World Series. I grew up a Cubs fan, until Bud brought the Brewers to Milwaukee, but I have a lot of empathy for my friends from...

    Steak of the Month

Weighing over 4 pounds, I treated this steak like a roast. It looks like a one-bone rib roast with the bone left long. Serving suggestion. It tastes like prime rib, only much much much better. Join the Clean Plate Club.

I have really liked my 2 previous versions of MasterCook, but each time I've upgraded my PC I lost my program and recipes. Perhaps this cloud-based version will solve this for me.

    Prime Rib Eye Cap Steak

Thanks for posting this Jim. I saw those steaks rolled in the package (as seen in Bob Correll's thread) and assumed they were meant to be grilled like that -- standing up on end. Your pictures straightened me out.
