Thanks! Rice might have been a good idea. But it went with some Spanish tapas my wife made. Broiled feta cheese, marinated tomatoes salad and french bread. Next time I will take photos of the whole thing plated with the sides.

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting pictures. I hope it works. Last weekend my wife put together these beautiful skewers and we grilled them on the Smokey Joe. It's chicken breast pieces and chorizo sausage with peppers, onions and bay leaves!
