That is a deal. The one I flipped I bought for $300 and sold for $1000 if I remember. Almost the same model but now thinking about it mine was the Viking brand but they are the same company. After some persistence I got the company to send me new flavorizers for free under their life time...

I somehow came across these and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them. I know the gassers have a following but have not seen much on the charcoal side. They seem like interesting grills. I really like the adjustable grate and charcoal trays. There seem to be very few of them...

Well you will have to make sure you do a write up on the one you pick out.

I throw in lump, briquets, wood chunks, splits and it all works fine. The cool thing I noticed is if there is still wood in the hopper when I put the slides in to snuff the fire when done, the next day the wood has turned to charcoal due to the heat and no O2.

That is really odd as I never could get my knives sharp on stones or other sharpeners and the TriZor makes them literally razor sharp. When friends visit they bring their knives over for me to sharpen. I pick up dull knives from the thrift, sharpen them and give them as gifts to friends. I...

I saw a post of a robot vac that ran over some cat or dog poop and spread it all over the house. Nasty.

I get most of our knives from the thrift stores for $1 or under and sharpen them with this. Works great and are razor sharp. The only knife that we spent some $$ and where actually worth it is the Cutco cheese knife on the bottom rack.
