    New Sidetable

Bob H. wrote: This table looks OK, but I would rather just have a Performer. Bob, In a perfect world, I would agree with you. I don't have a deck so I store my grill in a shed. Having two of these tables gives my kettle a lot of workspace and I can fold them away when I'm finished. Dan

You wrote: anyone ever heard of a 18 1/2 inch weber wok?? Adrian Weber makes a solid stainless steel wok for both sizes of the kettle grill. It is pictured in an earlier post. Dan

It clips tightly to the bowl.

    New Sidetable

Quote: Curious to know if folks think this could work with a Performer. I often use the "counter space" and the charcoal lighting features with the right side table and charcoal storage to support cooks on the WSM. Ray Ray, I don't believe it would work with a Performer. The Slide Aside is...

    New Sidetable

I just got one of these and it looks very well thought out. It's much larger than the wooden shelf/cutting board manufactured by Weber and the sturdy plastic will last longer too. It has a cutout in the front that enables you to place it over one of the handles. The legs snap in and out so...

How do you light your Weber Chimney?

I used to use a couple of sheets of newspaper with a few drops of vegetable oil. However, I'm not sure that my neighbors appreciated the blowing burned paper. So now I just place 1 or two of the Weber starter cubes, depending on how much charcoal I'm lighting, on a square of aluminum foil. It...

    Foil in bottom of WSM

I like the ash pan idea. I had to replace one of the legs on my Weber kettle and the kit had an ash pan in it. The kettle is a gold model so I didn't need the pan. Now it just may have found a purpose.

    Is Home Depot discontinuing Weber??

I bought my 22" green One-Touch before Memorial Day last year from HD. I bought it online to take advantage of free shipping to my home as opposed to Ace's free shipping to the store. The day after I ordered mine, I was looking at HD's website and the model I had ordered was out of stock and...

    weber poultry roaster

I liked it so much that I bought a second one. On the grill or in the oven, this one outperforms the cheaper models and it cleans up easily...a big consideration for me.

    Brinkmann retail sources?

I guess I lucked out in a way. My original Brinkmann was a charcoal model but I didn't think it would work well as there were no vents to control the air flow. I bought an electric element for it right away. I never did use the charcoal bowl so now I have a 'new' one to use with the WSM.

    WSM in colors!!!

Put me down for a green one with a thermometer, holes for probes and a larger water pan. I'd pay more for it...I paid 20 bucks more for a Weber kettle in green!
