I've built three HM v4.3 combined with a rpi3 and all are working beautifully. I have one running for almost two weeks now and no hiccups at all ;)

    HeaterMeter Hardware v4.3.3, v4.3.4, v4.3.5, v4.3.6

I'll definitly share a pic when I am able to print again. Will be a while as my printer is boxed to be moved again to our home after a real long remodeling ;) If anybody else has the time and is willing to test be my guest, but as this was just a first draft I can't be sure that everything will...

    HeaterMeter Hardware v4.3.3, v4.3.4, v4.3.5, v4.3.6

Brian, First let me start by apologizing if I offended you. I don't think my printer is faulty. Rather the fact that I'm using ABS to print it creates stresses in the material and the weakest points are those little pilars Have tried your approach with the connector less variant, but I liked...

    HeaterMeter Hardware v4.3.3, v4.3.4, v4.3.5, v4.3.6

I also have problems printing the case. Especially the little piece between the power jack and the Ethernet connector. It keeps failing on that part. all other fine pieces between connectors are very fragile.. I'm looking into re-designing some push through plates where the connectors are so the...

    HeaterMeter Hardware v4.3.3, v4.3.4, v4.3.5, v4.3.6

Ok, just something you could try... It seems (in the last picture) that you first layer (the skirt) isn't squashed enough. I see a bump, at least I think so because the picture isn't that sharp... What you can try is the following. Start your print and after the the skirt has finished stop your...

It's also a gluestick, but UHU is the only one I've found to work. Tried Pritt and al different kinds (not Elmers as I don't live in the US)...

Did you try UHU stick? Works for ABS every time. Just don't buy the sticks with minions on them, those didn't work for me for some reason...

    HeaterMeter Snapshot for RPi3 Available

I see that your interface looks quite different from mine. Is there somewhere I can change the interface? Or do I need to have knowledge off CSS?

    HeaterMeter Snapshot for RPi3 Available

Hello, I believe I found a bug when using the openwrt-rpi3.zip on a HM 4.3 with a rpi3. Don't know if this is the right place to mention this, but here go's... When I open the Alarm or Alarm Scripts page I get some errors about a girl named Luci ;) Alarm /usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:460...

    Ikea probes

I've found this Steinhart calculator from from Stanford Research and after making some measurements and inputting those one gets the coefficients. I've found the two files where to input the new thermistors ( conf.html and hmcore.cpp ), but how to edit the cpp file as this is already a hex file...

    Ikea probes

Because the cheapest I can source them is about 24€ + shipping... I live within 5min of an Ikea and there the fantast costs 7€80. You do the math ;) If the only mod I need to do to them is change de mono jack to get them to work then this is acceptible. I only plan to use the HM for low-n-slow...

    Ikea probes

An answer of the creator himself :) Thank you for the informative answer about PID tuning. I completely understand now why this hasn't been implemented over the years... About the probes... do other probes use two wires inside the metal casing? If so I could order myself some glas insulated...
