2 butts, 8.5 lb each. I'm using pecan as my wood. Any thoughts about this particular wood? It was all I had left, so I figured "Why not?".
Hello to everyone out there in "smoker-land". I'm planning on smoking a brisket for the Carolina Cup this coming weekend for about 25 people in our tent site. My question is what else should/could I cook for that many people as a side dish(es)? I am considering baked beans, and possibly slaw...
