    Honestly, I would suggest just getting an Anova precision cooker. It's compact and it is literally set it and forget it. No fooling around with a dimmer to try and get the right temp and possibly mess up your meal.

    Hey Everyone, I'm living in DC. I'm an IT contractor for you know who. living in DC kinda sucks, it's pretty cramped and just all around confusing. I got the little weber grill and am enjoying myself a bit more now that I can at least grill something now lol
