I do not have a cross over cable. I have tested with multiple standard Cat5 cables. The results are the same, the RD3 is not responsive, the temp probes, the blower or the damper.

I did both, with no joy. I have also plugged the HM into my router, to validate that the NIC is working there.

Hello... I went to start my grill this morning and my rd3 would not respond. The fan does not start, I cannot use the temp probes, the damper does not adjust. Is there any troubleshooting advice? Any errors in the logs I should look for? Or would it just be easier to replace the board...
