Has anyone seen one of these before? Its called a Loco Smart Temp charcoal kettle grill.

A loss was bound to happen. Now they can win out the rest of the season.

I just got a Q1200 off of Marketplace and it's a great little cooker for 2. I had 2 hamburgers grilled and buns toasted on it before my big Genesis would be warmed up. Used alot less gas also.

So do you just follow the frozen pizza instructions or do you do something different on the pellet grill?

Just an FYI. I was cleaning the porcelain grates on my Z Grill pellet grill with a brass Libman brush and when I finished I noticed that there was a brass bristle on the grate. Haven't seen that before with the Libman. So no more brushes with bristles for me!

Do you still have it?

I had a green Genesis 1000 that I bought new in 1992 or 1993. Wish I still had it.

To add to the Chronicles: I had one of the probes on my TP Twin TempSpike quit working, and contacted TP. I thought they would send me a new probe. I just received a whole new Twin TempSpike!

I bought a Thermopro Twin TempSpike last winter and have used it a lot and really liked it. Yesterday one of the probes quit sending, the battery went dead very fast on a full charge. I messaged Thermopro yesterday and this morning got an email saying that a new one was being sent. Can't beat...

Just wondering, if the lid is closed, how do mice get on the griddle?

Did French Toast on my griddle insert on my Gennesis II S345. Worked great. Kept the finished ones warm on the other side.

I have the Twin Temp Spike, and in the app you do have preset temps on various meats, but you can add a new meat and give it a name and add whatever you want for a temp.

So what is everyone's preferred way of doing a rack of pork on a pellet grill? I have one in the freezer.
