    Salmon missing its tan

    This article describes in nice detail an approach to smoking salmon. I just did one today and it's fantastic. It was wild King Salmon from the market. Nothing special. Used lump charcoal and an A-maze-n smoker tube with cherry pellets. Sorry, no pic! Will plan better next time...
