    New cabinet

    The biggest thing is being able to cook in any weather,snow,sleet wind and rain the box delivers like the mailman. Great place to store it,keeps it clean and dry and cuts charcoal use almost in half. As for the Stoker, do you need it? no but it's nice to set it and forget it on overnight cooks

    First wireless cook in cabinet

    Just ran my first wireless cook inside my new cabinet.Used my 18" charcoal ring filled level with 10-15 lit coals at 11 am and set to 225*. Put 2 beef back ribs quartered on at noon and pulled around 6.It was still chugging along at 10:30 when I pulled the power and went to bed.No issues with...
