any reccomendations on cooking with the mini? I built one a couple months ago, and I have the toughest time getting the temp above 150.
I have cut the bottom out of my pot, I have used the SJ silver, so I added the ash can mod to allow the airflow to not get clogged.

I have done several cooks so far since building the mini. this week I opted to cut the bottom out of the pot. when I first built the mini, I drilled holes in the bottom, however I could not get the smoker to maintain anything over 200 degrees. now that the bottom of th pot is removed, im anxious...
I did a trial run with it on saturday afternoon to get it seasoned. then I did a small chicken on it sunday afternoon and it turned out well! i'll get a few more pictures posted up!
this weekend I aim to try a pork loin!
