    Cajun Bandit Rotisserie(CBR)

I've got the CB Rotisserie. It is a great unit. I also have an earlier, tabbed Weber roti as well. The CB is great as it is reversible to work on both the Kettle and WSM. I do find that the extra set of spit holes and motor mount holes make it leakier than I would like. It wopuld be nice if...

    Not Available in US

I don’t know what it is. Someone buys new, or there wouldn’t be used available and stores would stop stocking them. Regardless of whether kettle purchased new or used, I would think there would be a market for accessories. (I’ve bought 2 WSM and one SSP new. 3 or 4 used SSPs and a bunch of...

    Not Available in US

The fine mesh roti basket is really nice, I don’t think it is available in the us, it didn’t used to be. the mangal grill is a non us novelty, I think also no longer available anywhere (like the pizza oven). ive got some porcelain griddles from South Africa that ate a nice large size, but...

Weber Original Charcoal Pizza Oven (Weber Part No 6520)

That 17588 fine mesh basket is really nice. It's great for smoking nuts or roasting vegetables (Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts, onions, potatoes, or carrots.) You do need to be careful what you season with, it can be a bear to clear if you use for example a sugar based seasoning. Unlike the the...

Weber Original Charcoal Pizza Oven (Weber Part No 6520)

Can someone send me the dimensions of the 6520? I'm building a shelving unit for my Weber accessories and want to make sure that a 6520 will fit. Thanks, Pete

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

I figured this out, or at least a work around. I've connected the fan, it isn't installed in the smoker. It'd be great to be able to do this without the fan installed, but works for my needs with the fan. Different alarms for low or high temp might be nice.

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

Is there a way to set a low/high alarm on a monitor probe with no associated blower? It would be really nice to set up a fire alarm that alarms when a low or a high temp condition exists. I've been using the stoker since I purchased my smoker and am trying to learn to to smoke the analog...

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

My Stokerlog Tweeting has stopped working. It stopped working around 2 June. My configuration hasn't changed. I can Tweet from the browser on the Stokerlog machine. I re-authorized stokerlog and it seems happy. The tweets it sends simply do not appear in Twitter. Has anyone else seen this...

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

Twitter has stopped working for me. Has anyone else seen this? SL is happy with the authentication to twitter. Test twits and cooking updates do not make it through. My whithings scale still tweets ok on the same account.

    Stokerlog Version 6

Dst Am nearing the end of an overnight smoke. Last night, we set the clocks back. Stokerlog followed suit just fine. When I looked this am it took me a moment to realize why the plot went backwards. Check out the plot...

    Stokerlog Version 6

Ramp Mode How does Ramp Mode work? I thought that I set the values (Probe/Trigger Temp/New Fire Temp) and apply, then tick "Ramped Cook". I did this and the new fire temp was not engaged as defined. When I re-open "Ramp Temps..." those fields are empty again. I'm sure that I am missing...
