How many Heatermeter/Raspi built so far

Can add me to the list, I have 4 PCBs and just finished building one.

    Is it working?

Lo and behold, like a ghost out of the fog, text appears. Spot on Dan, thank you! Bryan, maybe I missed this bit in the wiki or it can made a bit clearer? Also, the assembly instructions talks about diodes, after the resistors & ceramic caps. Took me a few minutes to figure out referring to the...

    Is it working?

Finished up my assembly this morning, testing it first with a wall wart 12V power supply (knowing that nothing would happen since I did not install IC4), just thought I'd try it before plugging it in my rPi. I plugged it into my rPi (SD card previously installed with the OS). Imagine my...

Trying to get all the parts, alternatives?

Yes, see here: http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?42135-First-Build-Questions-and-Project-log&p=434713&viewfull=1#post434713 Bryan, I wonder if it's worthwhile to add some links to alternates in the wiki?

First Build Questions and Project log

I'm also busy getting components together, I found those two here: http://www.newark.com/jsp/search/productdetail.jsp?sku=88H9804 http://www.newark.com/jsp/search/productdetail.jsp?sku=59M1981 See my earlier post where Bryan suggests an alternate DC power connector.

Trying to get all the parts, alternatives?

Thanks! that makes sense. I was thinking in terms of lowering complexity for someone not so well versed on the electronics side of things, I can barely operate a multi meter, troubleshooting could be pretty rough :) Sounds like you've reached the best compromise between simplicity and flexibility.

Trying to get all the parts, alternatives?

Hi First, many thanks to Bryan for making all of this possible! I was about to start looking for someone to do the hardware side for me (software geek myself - not embedded systems though) when I stumbled upon this project. Let's just say I'm not impressed by the Stoker beyond an embedded...
