Nothing like bonding with a lab pup (except maybe any other pup?).
A lot of labs wanna be lap dogs no matter their size!
Nice early Xmas present for sure.
Merry Christmas to all out there in the interweb!
Haven't posted in years - too many life changes. But started lurking recently. Making tri-tip sliders for a large family party tonight - which I would never have known about without this site!
Thank you and Happy Holidays to all!
Amen!
And +1 for the Concert for George. That and Concert for Bangladesh are 2 of my favorite dvds. (Not a fan and don't know anything about Indian music, but there us some fantastic sitar playing, especially Ravi's daughter!). George was a very talented, classy guy.
I have binge-watched some shows on Netflix on a new smart tv. The tv will occasionally ask me if I am still watching if I have watched a few shows in a row. Should be called smart-*** tvs.
Wow, thanks for all the info James!
Maybe I'm confused or maybe just looking at new nomenclature, but now they just refer to Performers, Performer Premiums, and Performer Deluxes. Do they still make Platinums?
I do like the metal table...
I've been eyeing a Performer Deluxe (copper color) at my local Ace, waiting for the price to drop since it's a 2014 model. Now they tell me the price won't drop and they have no control over pricing - only Weber does. I've seen Martin From Chicago posted pictures of his new 2015 model and it...
Well, at least 1 of the games yesterday provided the drama. That SeaHawks come-back was so improbable and ridiculous and unexpected! They had no business winning that game, yet they move on to play in the 'big game'. If they play again like they did for 7/8ths of yesterday's game I don't hold...
Not only you.
I always attributed it to the fact I'd been planning and prepping and cooking for so long I wasn't interested in it when it was done. I'll have to look into the smoke angle.
Always wondered if I was the only one who felt that way.
Thanks.
Like 6 said, I once brined a turkey, with sugar in the brine, and put on the kettle. Bird was totally black after 45 minutes! Kept it on the grill til it was done and just took off the skin. It was a very tasty bird.
I don't brine anymore and have since got a smoker and everything is good...
Congrats to the winner and all contestants. Best photo for me was Peter Gallagher's grill shot showing the pull-back from the bones. Very nice! All rib cooks looked delectable!
