Have you had any regrets getting the 600 over the XL? I'm trying to decide between the two. I mainly cook for just my wife and two teenagers (both girls). I really don't see myself needing to cook more than 3 racks of ribs and a butt at the same time. Thanks!

I think it's some sort of problem with my HM. Seems like some sort of grounding issue. I can't figure it out. I have other thermoworks products and the probes work good.

Readouts go in and out, and the temperature fluctuates constantly. Mavericks are consistent and work good.

Hey all, I originally built my HM for my WSM and I have the standard blower fan that attached to the vent of the WSM. Does anyone know what blower fan/attachment I need to buy to make it for for a BGE? Thanks

Thermoworks probes won't work with my HM. Never figured out why, only the Mavericks work.

I have never had a butt done at 1.5 hours per pound. For some reason mine always take at least 2hr/pound. I usually cook around 275.

Looks great, I want one. I just got the email today as well. Just bought a thermopop.

My thermapen is about to bite the dust, I can't get it to turn on reliably. Just picked up the Thermopop last week, seems nice though not as fast as the thermapen.

I cut mine in half, use a spoon and put in cream cheese. Wrap in half slice of bacon and top with some rub. Delicious!
