Joe, I experienced the same thing with the e-mails. I found the hidden messages to be blanks.....almost like they are staged and ready to send, but no data in them. Marshall

Yes....the icon in the finder still reads 0.5. I couldn't get notifications to work. When I tried to define a new notification, it never showed up in the list after clicking continue. Msm

On vacation this week and not checking mail much. The panel is milled on a Programmable CNC Machine fed by a CAD file.

I run the blower on a circuit all it's own. I agree.....doesn't seem like it should matter, but better safe than sorry. There are two jacks on the back of the stoker. One runs the probes and the other is dedicated to the blower.

That is correct. You will need to install shims on the back panel of the case to account for the thickness of the new panel. Styrene works well for this

Heat has not been an issue so far. I'm pretty careful to try and put the box in the shade so the sun is not directly beating down on it. I've checked the panel temperature after a long smoke on a hot day, and it feels about ambient temperature. I think the aluminum panel provides some heat...

Pictures still coming. The front panel is sandwiched between the stoker case and the front panel on the stoker. I simply silicone (RTV) glue the AE to the underside of the front panel. Just need to make sure you get the status light aligned with the light hole in the panel.

I use splashtop. Works great.
