Was doing prime rib on the new grill Saturday. (came out great) Anyway, using the indirect heat I wanted to cook at 225-250. Lowest the grill would go is 325 with the 2 indirect burners on. Was not sure if I could shut off one of the burners and still get even indirect heat? How do I get lower...
