The Sicilians have been making a pasta recipe based around sardines for decades. Can't remember the exact name of the recipe but if you search for Sicilian pasta with sardines I'm sure you can find it. Used to make it myself and it was quite tasty.

Love King Oscar sardines IF the package says "Two Layer." These are the really small ones (like they all were when I was a kid back in the 60's). They cost more but where else should you splurge more important than your food!

I cut a couple of vents on the side when I discovered the flame out problem. Didn't help. Travels well in our camper. The steam cover (rectangle one from Walmart) fits under the grill hood, along with a large spatula and a scraper.

I just painted mine bright red using automotive engine paint from Walmart. I have painted all of my webers (Performer, 22 1/2 silver, Jumbo Joe, SMJ) using the same automotive paint. I just really like the bright red tops (I leave the bottoms black) and it makes my webers distinctive. Anyway I...
