I did not have to add charcoal. It was done in 8 hrs. Lot of the wood hadn’t burned yet plus I wrapped it at 170
8 hrs at 275. I like stepping out of my comfort zone & trying something new. For me the WSM is still the way to go
Yukon Gold Potatoes
Celery, Onion, 4 Hard Boiled Eggs
Sauce-
2 Cups of Mayo
2 Tbsp of Mustard
1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp of Paprika
1 tsp of Celery Seed
1 cup of Sweet Relish
Mix it all together
