    What an excellent piece of kit! Thank you!

    Just finished building my HeaterMeter 4.3 w/ thermocouple yesterday. Shocked as all get out when it worked on the first power up! Did some testing last night and a wee bit of PID tuning and got things tuned up nicely. Now I need to explore the other capabilities some more... Cooking beef ribs...
