Hi, I'm smoking a pork butt for a group of 3 guys this weekend. I've never cooked for a small group. Our local grocery sells half shoulders, bone in. Approx 3 pounds. Would there be any issues smoking a butt this small? The only other option are 9 pounders, which is way overkill for 3...
