    Tri-tip on the 22.5 OTG

    As I stated in my intro, I am christening my new 22.5 OTG this weekend. My plan is to do a dry rubbed tri-tip and learn how to work with controlling heat (as best I can). Can anyone give me any pointers as to temps and cook times. I am planning to use a mix of cherry and pecan with my coals...
