    building a Big Baby smoker out of 55 gal barrels New member joined today8/30/2012

    If you make a vertical smoker you can put 1/2 inch rods through the barrel and use expanded metal cut in a circle just smaller then the barrel for the grill grates and do the same for the lower grate for the water pan....

    Hello from Central Louisiana

    Just got my new Weber bullet 18 1/2" and excited to try this method, I have had a Brinkman and have a Bradley, but I don't think they will do what the Weber Bullet will do. Glad to be aboard John :)
