Just picked up the fresh turkey today coming in at 18 pounds so I should be able to smoke it low and slow gonna brine tonight are dry tomorrow let’s see how this sucker does
So I posted last night and accidentally said 29 pound bird I meant 20 pound fresh turkey not frozen, I’d like to cook the bird around 265-275 in wsm 22.5 anyone ever cook those temps plus using water in the pan I’ll have a pan underneath to catch drippings for gravy any ideas on length of time...
