My BBQ experience began when my wife brought home a ECB floor model one day. Had no idea how to use it and never truely figured out how to regulate tempertures. I was lighting it like you would a grill, and never could figure out why it wouldn't run 6 hours. Then moved to a propane smoker. Here I learned alot about rubs, sauces, and recipes. Fast forward to today and I look back and laugh. There is nothing like cooking with fire.
Love to smoke ribs, butt, brisket, and cigars. If I'm not doing that, then I am on the lake.
