    Maintaining Closed Cart

You can spray it underneath yes, but no you cant paint over it. It doesn't completely dry. it would be great for all touching parts, nuts bolts and inside the tubing.

    Maintaining Closed Cart

Buy this: https://www.fluid-film.com/ Its even food grade and works awesome. I sprayed mine with it as I was putting it together. Its not messy and smells pleasant. I use it on my tractor, 4 wheeler, cars etc... I bought my tractor 6 years ago and hit all exposed nuts bolts and linkages with...

    Sear station with $100?

It's not one little burner it turns almost half of the grill into a sear station, in the older style the whole grill would have to be the sear station and in some cases that may not be desirable.

    Genesis 310 vs 335?

I got the Porcelain enameled black version. I am not crazy about stainless hoods and doors. There is enough stainless on the black one to try and keep clean LOL

Weber open cart (e310) vs closed cart (e315)?

I just bought the closed cart E-335 and time will tell but at least I am informed and will keep an eye on it for condensation, pooling of water etc... I think it was a good decision for weber to move the tank out from under there even though it looks a little odd off to the side.

    Genesis 310 vs 335?

I just purchased an E-335 and purchased SS grates just waiting for them to be delivered so I can fire it up. I cant speak to longevity yet but I will say that Putting it together everything felt very solid, I think it will last a very long time. The warranty is 10 years bumper to bumper. Heat...

Looking at a new Genesis II 335

I had the igrill3 and took it back. I got the igrill2 so I could see the temps without looking at my phone all the time but still use it for alarms etc.. My igrill2 unit came with 2 meat probes and I bought an ambient probe from amazon.

Looking at a new Genesis II 335

the SE-335 does come with the 9mm but I think you have to go to an alliance dealer to get it. https://marxfireplaces.com/weber-genesis-ii-se-335-3-burner-gas-grill-with-side-burner-sear-station/ Id say the costco unit is a good deal with the included accessories. Also some people prefer the...
