    Cooked up 4 butts. Started at 0130 and pulled off cooker at 1630. Used peach wood. Outside temp at 30 and windy. I had to reload the charcoal at around 0900 then ran fine the rest of the cook. The butts were injected and I completely cut the fat cap off, then rubbed and put in fridge for a few...
