    ^^ this is the way to go. If you are keen, you can get a large round ss serving plate to cover the top. Possibly you may not need the lid then... Kristof, you're getting some nice temps in the PizzaCue. Surprised you had to bake the pizza for so long. I'm trying the DIY route at the moment...

    I've tried reverse searing a couple of times. I always overcooked the steaks... :( Any fat dripping off the meat will cause flare ups. It's part of grilling. When flare ups occur, I quickly move the meat to another part of the grill until the flames die off. A few seconds of flames hitting...

    Hi Paul, Probably you could post a picture of your Weber? I know shallow ones were sold at Big W and other retailers. I think they were called the compact kettle (from memory). I can no longer find them in stores.
