Every Thanksgiving, Dad would do up a turkey on the old three wheeler. The smokey flavor of the gravy made from the drippings is something I will always treasure. I still have that old grill in my collection.

Like most people in this thread, my grill has a safety feature not listed in the owner's manual... It will not light unless I have a beer!

Just picked up a new Performer (woohoo!) but the tool holder kinda sucks. I stole the clip-on tool holder from my one touch and hung it on the lid holder to use for the "dirty" tools. Now I need something for the "clean" tools. Has anyone used these? http://store.weber.com/items/?pid=1303
