New to site, use a vieluxe 56 and a weber kettle Got the vieluxe 6 years ago, love it! Now time to refurbish some of the innards and will have to fabricate most items. Will probably over kill it and wind up with giant kiln. Good thing to enjoy doing. Wife says I cannot start collecting grills...
