I have a WSM as probably my last smoker. In regards to fruit wood, I've been given a stack of grapefruit wood. It's green so have not tried any. I've never heard of anyone using grapefruit. Any one have any experience here? Normally, I use hickery chuncks with, primarily, lump. Thanks Earl
