    Smash Burger Utensil

@BFletcher Absolutely, positively buy this spatula. It is top quality, FIRM, sturdy and has a sharp enough edge for a great scrape and flip. I use it for everything...perfect for burgers, chicken, flipping a ton of wings at once..... ****Also perfect for easily lifting up a pork shoulder to...

ATC Units - Leaning towards CyberQ

Great point. The Cajun Bandit door and correct latch costs a good amount. Definitely try just the seal kit first, but if that doesn't work then add the CB door. Looking back - I think I added my seal kit to my 18 WSM but was still getting leakage around the door, no matter how much I bended...

ATC Units - Leaning towards CyberQ

These two are a must before any ATC in my opinion. Add some stainless 3/4" hole plugs to close your other bottom vents as well.

    ATC Recommendations?

I love my CyberQ. Honestly, I think you will find people who really like all of the major ones out there.... from a heater neater, to Guru's to Stokers. They all have pros and cons, different price points as well. Some are for a more tech savvy DIYer down to a simple battery operated portable...

BBQ Guru ATCs - Which one?

All three are great. I love my CyberQ...but have recommended the PartyQ to two friends who love theirs as well. They just pair it up with their Mavericks and run two meat probes. I think PartyQs are or were on sale recently for $99 - heck of a deal.

Tailgate Ideas - What say ye?

So there are a few different recipes for this on the web. The one I went with was as follows, combining two layers of meat 3 lbs ground Chuck - add parmasean, little bit of breadcrumbs, basil, garlic and onion powder. Make some meatball style meat 2 lbs hot Italian sausage 1 lb block...

Tailgate Ideas - What say ye?

Oh yes - the pizza fattie - I've used that thread as a guide several times! Probably pushing it on time though like you mentioned.

Tailgate Ideas - What say ye?

Heading out of town to visit some friends and we will be doing some tailgating at our first Pittsburgh Pirates game. I'd like to grill some fun tailgate food for 4-8 adults. What are some ideas? I'd like to try something special aside from burgers, brats, dogs or plain chicken. I'll have my...

    It figures

Hot water with Dawn and a few green scotch brute pads and some elbow grease - will be like new. The enamel really holds up. When I picked up my 22" for $125, it looked cruddy on the outside, but was only 2 years old. The guy just never took care of it. Spent a few hours and it looked brand...

    ATC Reccomendation

I'd say it depends on how much you want to spend and what features you really want. If you have a Maverick probe setup already and are looking for a simple and reasonably priced ATC, I'd recommend a PartyQ. You can save some $ over the DigiQ and pair it with the Maverick (run two meat probes)...

I found where all the imusa pots are

Tamales are a popular food thru the holiday season. There should be good stock or maybe even clearance prices on overstock in a few months.
