I ordered 2 boneless turkey breasts that were supposed to be 8 lbs each. They came in at 12 lbs each. Should I cut them in half or just smoke them longer (and how long)? These things are huge! Probably going to smoke at 300-325 degrees. How long should I brine them? Thanks for any...
