Been grilling for years....smoking for a few years now too. Compete with my brother-in-laws on a local BBQ team with some mixed results. Started on char-griller offset, lot's of work to cook on that thing, now loving my new WSM 22.5.

My wife and kids are all I need, and a little BBQ too :)
